In the most famous of Charles Dickens's works, wealthy miser Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by three mysterious spirits on Christmas Eve. As they escort him into Christmases past, present, and future, Scrooge learns how his selfishness affects those around him, even Tiny Tim, the disabled son of his assistant.
Dickens often performed dramatized readings of his works on stage to tremendous critical acclaim. Since he wrote with performance in mind, his books are especially suited to audio rendition.
