Those who like to collect cookbooks will surely enjoy this little gem. Filled with recipes, and illustrated with photos from the classic film adaptation of A Christmas Carol with Allister Simms, this unique little book will please the most discriminating cooks and readers. Each recipe is named for a character in the story, and most can be made with easy to obtain ingredients. It's a treat for the eye, and the palette, and will enhance any holdiay celebration. Moreover, many of the dishes can be enjoyed all year long.

This little cookbook is great to use during the holiday season. It is easy to read and understand.

Saw this book recently in our local library. Our church put on a Madrigal perfomance just before Christmas which included a dinner served as part of and during the performance. Some of the recipies are very similar to menue items served at our Madrigal performance. Some of the recipies are also similar to foods my 86 year young mother has prepared over the years. Very Highly recommend.
