This recording of a Christmas Carol is one of the best ever. Patrick Stewart brillantly illuminates and brings each of Charles Dicken's characters to life while he recites the story. A must have for any collector.

Nothing makes me more delighted every holiday season than listening to this cd (or cassette). I listen and feel charming and charmed, too. Patrick Stewart is the master of all things Scrooge and deservedly known for this role. Listen in the car on the way to festivities or just driving around trying to find a parking place in a crowded mall lot. The video is good, but Stewart carries the story, like your favorite aging uncle telling the tale one more time. Please treat yourself to this and have a long and happy holiday season. You will look forward to next year, just like Scrooge. It's truly transformational.
