"Christmas Eve" is probably the most unusual of Engelbert's Christmas CDs, recorded in Hamburg in 1994 with James Last. Not all the songs are traditional Christmas songs, but they all have a definite Christmas feel to them. Enge's versions of "Believe in Love" and "Ave Maria" are absolutely amazing! All fans of Engelbert should have this CD in their collection.
