This song has been on my Christmas song list ever since I heard it in the 1970s. I was a big Roy Wood/Move/ELO fan, and this was one of his gems.

Was I ever surprised to hear a version of this in a Walgreen's years ago. This is the original, and it's about time the world discovered this upbeat, snappy tune.

To my ears, nobody's ever topped his version.
