If you are looking for recordings of some of the traditional carols and songs from your childhood to share with your child, look no further. This CD collection is great for home, school, or church. The children's voices on the recording are good without sounding like a "pop star wannabe". I play this CD for my 18 month old to dance and sing with, I use it at school, and the split track format allows me to even use it for performances at school and with my children's choir at church. I own the cassette version as well as the CD version. There is also a companion product from the same company entitled Christmas Carols that is a great addition to your collection, too.

Great cd it just has way to many verses for the little ones to remember.

Christmas Favorites is a wonderful mixture of classic Christmas songs for all ages. It's a great way to get into the Christmas season.

I listened to the sample of "Jingle Bells" and it sounded exactly what I was looking for in a child friendly version. However I can't use it at home. This CD prevents you from listening to any of the songs on a computer. In this day and age where you spend the money to purchase a CD you expect to be able to move the music you purchased to a MP3 player. So buy the music listed here as MP3s or don't bother. Caveat emptor indeed.

I teach Sunday school, and this CD is great for the kids to sing along with and just listen to.

This one has a lot of my best christmas songs i love. I got this one at christmas time. Get for you girls and boys for christmas.

My wife is annoyed by the kid's voices. My kids like them and I am indifferent. Their for the kids though right? I mean, who does she think she is to say their annoying - c'mon Amy, we can't listen to Phish all the time.

My daughter loves this CD. It has a bunch of traditional songs and she has learned so many of the words listening to it over and over. I think she likes that the songs are performed by kids. The second set of songs are duplcates that can be used for sing-along but turning the speaker controls to one side which plays only the music.

I was hoping for more traditional 'sing-along' songs.
My 3 year grandchild was not familiar with several. I usually love the Cedarmont Kids and she does also.
