Joe Hesh is amazing! His unique style brings a punch to traditional Christmas favorites such as 'What Child Is This?' and 'Silent Night'. A great set of tunes for work, play and reflection that will leave you humming the familiar in a whole new way.

This CD contains refreshingly new arrangements of traditional Christmas carols and songs. It is great music to accompany writing Christmas cards, decorating the tree or just counting your blessings. The multi-demensional accompaniments make it a CD worth revisiting many times.

Christmas music is so special that when artists mangle traditional favorites to give it their own twist, I cringe-- and I was thrilled to listen to this album and find that this was not the case. Each song was treated with reverence, and the traditional tune comes across strong and clearly, and yet it still feels fresh and new with background additions. Clearly, Hesh has a deep appreciation for the original spirit of each piece. I was eager to begin playing this album to start off the season for the second year in a row, and I'm sorry it's taken so long to write the review!

What a wonderful blend of traditional Christmas music with a splash of jazz, rock & pop! This CD puts the real meaning for the season in your heart. Joe Hesh's talent's are a wonderful gift! We loved every selection on the CD. We plan to make it a part of our holiday celebration each year! Thanks!

I was tired of the same old Christmas songs played the same old way, and was so pleased to find that this album is much more than that. Every selection is a fresh interpretation, and there are many special touches that make each one unique. I enjoy this album in the car, where I spend a fair amount of time each day. It is relaxing and contemplative, and it keeps me in the Christmas spirit as I go about my errands.

Not since Perry Como, Andy Williams, or even Slim Whitman have I heard such a heartwarming rendition of Christmas favorites. Mr. Hesh is obviously a musical genius so I wonder why there aren't more releases of his music available. This CD rates right up there with "Zippy and the Zappers and Their Brand New Bag".
