The King Family s Christmas specials were an annual family television event, and their Christmas album was repackaged a staggering 8 times nevertheless, Christmas with the King Family has been out of print since 1977! It s simply a classic of the genre, and we ve added 15 mostly unreleased tracks pulled from various specials and TV appearances to the original album s 12 tracks to form a holiday album that we suspect will be a Christmas evergreen.

....although it is mastered from a vinyl copy- what happened to the master tapes? And the opening tracks from sides one and two are reversed. This is an album I grew up with, and the Burt carols have never been done better.

I have been waiting for this album to come on CD for years.
Now finally it has.This CD will not disappoint anyone.
Been a long time King Family fan and what a treat.
The quality is excellent with the extra added songs from the shows and specials.
This is a must have item for anyone who loves the music of Christmas.
I give it 2 thumbs up and 5 very well deserving stars!!!!!

As a fan of Andy Williams varity show back in the sixties, the King Family Singers left an indelble and nostalgic mark in my memories of my childhood Christmas' of long ago. I had the original album, but have been waiting and searching for the CD release. Here at last, it sparked a warm glow in my heart. Well done!
