Book Description

Christmas Song of the North offers children ages 2-10 a delightful look at the winter activities of their favorite northland animals. Set to the theme of "12 Days of Christmas," this beautiful full-color book will have children singing, counting, and reading along with you long after the last snowflake is gone. Celebrate the spirit of a north woods Christmas with this picture book destined to become a bedtime favorite.

Children will love Marsha Bonicatto's fascinating animal facts, which introduce them to a whole community of critters living together amid the landscape of snow. From "a ruffed grouse in a pine tree" to "twelve wolves a-howling," each creature comes alive on the page in stunning watercolor illustrations by world-renowned artist Karlyn Holman.

Children love this book. It's familiar and charming. Adults will enjoy reading it to little ones...especially as a bedtime story. Also, makes a great gift! It's the kind of book that stays in one's Christmas collection to be brought out every year.
