About the Author
Ben Husted brings a wealth of experience to anything he does; he was raised as a farmer and educated as a physicist, has served as a pastor, and owned a small business with his wife. He has three college degrees, including a Doctor of Ministry from Oral Roberts University. He and Judy, married for over thirty years, live in Prague, Oklahoma where they pastor a small church and run a business. Their children, John and daughter-in-law Missy, and daughters Joy Lin and Rebekah, have all remained close to home and continue to share the blessings of family togetherness--the greatest of which are at Christmas and the Advent season!

Such helpful suggestions for keeping Christmas alive for young and old throughout Advent. So easy to customize for the ages of our children. We've used this book as a guideline for the last couple of Christmases and it truly makes the season a joy when the focus is on the Christmas child.

Honestly-The graphic on the cover and write up by the publisher of the book was better than the content, for me. What I was looking for was a book that 30 Women's Ministry Leaders could take and use to program with during the Advent Season. This is more for family who is "putting together" (really- from scratch- creating a wooden Advent box...) a family celebration. So- we were not the intended audience. We did, however use some of the ideas at the end of each chapter to use as illustrations of the season's truths.
