I purchased this pyramid for my newly married daughter. It was supposed to arrive on the 20th and when it wasn't there by the 21st, I posted a message to the distributor through Amazon's website. I got a call from Germany, within 20 minutes of posting. I explained that I hadn't received my order and the gentleman said that he would ship another one out from his distributor in NJ and it would arrive the next day. I gave him my home address and it arrived on Thursday the 22nd, just like he promised.

It's beautiful, we put it together Christmas morning in less than 10 min. I forgot to order the candles, so we used some tea lights on the candle holders to see if it worked and it did! My daughter and her husband are thrilled. She is currently studying to be a Unitarian minister and this advent pyramid will become part of their holiday traditions for many years. Now I just need to remember to order the candles before next Christmas! Thank you for your lovely product and customer service. I couldn't be more pleased!

i ordered this and when it got to me i had to assemble it..When i tried to do this the instructions are all written in german..The fan assembly was broke..The acorn nut is missing off the bottom of the pyramid..Which means it wont turn..I tried ordering a new fan assembly but its the wrong size..I have no idea how to put the acorn nut on the bottom of the pyramid so that it will actually work...Amazon gave me a refund for this product but it still does not solve the fact that i wanted to use it for christmas and i cannot cause i cant find replacement parts for it

I gave this to my husband as a Christmas gift and both he and I were very pleased with it. It is beautiful and has been made with quality. It has wonderful detail and even though it has a nativity scene that gives it a Christmas feel, we are leaving it out all year. Most of the carousels that I looked at this size sold for $200-$800. So I was very pleased with the price as well.
