This is a great book for a cooking library. It has a wide variety of recipes from fancy to just plain good. Everything I have tried has turned out great! Even in an age of free Internet recipes, I am glad to have this book.

I got this for a Christmas present for my sister who is LDS and she loved it. I got a copy for myself and loved it too. Great recipes for Christmas and wintertime too.

I've had this recipe book for years and it is totally beat up because it is by far my favorite!!! I had to buy more copies so that my daughters could have their own. These are seriously good recipes that will become family favorites! Some of the ones I use all the time are:
Stuffed Green Peppers
Batter Buns
Onion Bread
Soup Bowls
Oriental Cabbage Slaw
Brownies
Oatmeal cookies
