I had never heard of the artist, but bought the CD based solely on hearing "Hodie Christus Natus Est" on an internet radio station. This is one of the most exquisite voices I have ever heard and I play this CD all the time, not just Christmas season.The entire CD is moving, melodic and truly lovely.

Elisabeth von Trapp has an incredible voice. It is a special addition to my Christmas music collection. I especially appreciate that she's not just singing all the same old songs that are on every other Christmas album.
