I ordered these candles in August and did try out the first package of 4 at that time. I tested them in November as I was beginning to decorate for Christmas. One of the candles did not work at all and another did not go on but became VERY hot to touch and when we unscrewed the bottom, the plastic was melted and the batteries were also heated.
I sent an email to the company and explained what happened. They sent back a short email stating that they couldn't do anything because it was beyond the 30 day return policy. In my e mail I also expressed concern about the potential safety issues. They did not even respond to this. I am a very dissatisfied and unhappy consumer!
