Very Amusing for Christmas Story Lovers
looks like the lamp from A Christmas Story...very cute gag gift...very affordable. My husband loved this and was 1 of his cheaper gifts and a favorite~!

Actual product looks nothing like the picture on Amazon
I have uploaded a photo of the Christmas Story Leg Lamp Head Knocker that I just received from Amazon. It looks much less appealing than the primary photo here on Amazon. The shade and fringe are solid (not cloth as pictured). The overall paint job is horrible. The black paint applied to the leg to highlight the fishnet stocking leaves it looking like it's badly...

I have uploaded a photo of the Christmas Story Leg Lamp Head Knocker that I just received from Amazon. It looks much less appealing than the primary photo here on Amazon. Look at the picture I uploaded and come to your own conclusion. I'm returning this item to Amazon. Very disappointed by the deceptive photo.

I ordered this for my brother for Christmas 2009. When he opened it he said, "Oh, this is going right on my desk at work." I think my other brother wondered why I didn't get one for him too since we all loved watching this moving together growing up. My only complaint was the packaging. It's not very nice, so I put the lamp in a nicer box before I wrapped it.
