Dissapointing,

I am a cookbook addict. I bought this to give as a gift from another source. When I flipped through the book, I decided not to gift this, because I didn't even like several of the photos of Christmas cookies, etc. I just found the book to be uninspiring.

One is enough,

I tried one recipe from this book, Turkish Delights that was a complete waste. It required liquid pectin which was difficult to find. I followed the directions exactly and was very disappointed when the mixture never set. It remained like liquid jello. Not good, I tossed it out.
Needless to say I will not be trying any other recipes from this book.

This book is much smaller then I expected.But it has a few recipes I will use
