5.0 out of 5 stars Another Brilliant Saddle Club Book!!, November 29, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Christmas Treasure (Saddle Club Super #7) (Paperback)
First of all I want to say that Bonnie Bryant is a really good author, I think the Saddle Club and Pine Hollow Books are brilliant! This book was very good, so much happened in it. At Pine Hollow Max held a secret santa but instead of buying something for the person you got you had to do something for them. Stevie got Veronica, Carole got Lisa and Lisa got Max. What Caroles secret santa does for her is really something special! Lisa's realatives, the Rosses from Scotland are over spending Christmas with the Atwoods, although she thinks there great she feels like shes no space to breath, this inspires what she is going to do for Max as his secret santa! Stevie is busy getting voice lessons to prepare for an audition for a solo part in her schools Christmas play..................While all this is happening Carole is busy helping her Dad and the marines collect toys as Christmas presents for needy children...Until!?! I would really recoment this book. It was very enjoyable to read!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but . . ., October 8, 2000

Hey everyone! I really liked this book, but I had a question for the people who've read it. What happened to the Starlight Ride this year? Why don't the Saddle Club girls go on it? That part really confused me. Thanx.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of my favorites from the series!, December 21, 2008
This review is from: Christmas Treasure (Saddle Club Super #7) (Paperback)
Lots of things happen at Christmastime, around the Pine Hollow stables. There's Secret Santas, donkey costumes, Scottish relatives, and glamorous news reporters.

There is a damper though. The Marine Corps have been collecting gifts for less-fortunate children to receive on Christmas. However, the thousands of toys are stolen just a few days before Christmas, and there isn't much time to rebuild the stock of gifts before time is up.
Who knows, maybe the Saddle Club will pitch in and help?

It was pure delight to read this book!
Definitely one of my favorites from The Saddle Club series.

5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT! A GREAT SUPER SPECIAL, March 18, 2003
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Christmas Treasure (Saddle Club Super #7) (Paperback)
Another rare SADDLE CLUB great. When the girls draw names for Secret Santa's, Max tells them they have to DO something, not give something! Lisa and Carole are fine with who they draw, but Stevie draws...Veronica! Also, the girls are shocked when toys are stolen from Carole's dad's Marine Corps toy drive and they invent an exciting, equine way to raise money for more toys. But will they finish in time? And what will Stevie do for--not TO--Veronica? This is harder than anyone imagined. I loved this SUPER EDITION and I think everyone who loves horses and has friends should read it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant, June 2, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Christmas Treasure (Saddle Club Super #7) (Paperback)
We're the Stirrup Stars and we love horses and riding, plus doing horse-related stuff, including reading SADDLE CLUB books. This book in particular was not only good because it was about horses, friends, and it was humorous and exciting, but it shows great generosity, wit, and courage within each character(except VERONICA! ick...) The Christmas spirit in this book was the best part. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SADDLE CLUB BOOKS EVER!!!(along with any other Christmas books and many other SC books).

5.0 out of 5 stars Gotta luv this book!!!!!!!!!!, May 31, 1999

This review is from: Christmas Treasure (Saddle Club Super #7) (Paperback)
I finished it in less than a day!!!!!!!It was soooooo good!!!!! It's the best Super Addition yet!!!! The funny part was when Stevie found that donkey costume that Veronica was going to have to wear when she sang!!!!!! I also thought that the girls did a GREAT job at helping out after the Marine Corps' toy-raising drive got robbed. The first day the people were such snobs!! They couldn't think of anybody but themselves!!!!!!!! I luved this book sooooo much! I would recomend this book to anybody who loves the Saddle Club. (But don't get Stevie: The Inside Story unless you want to be bored to death!) Keep up the good work otherwise Bonnie! I"m looking forward to your next books. :-)
