The essence of Christmas in New York!,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center (Hardcover)
As the manager, gardens division, of Rockefeller Center, I found the book to be an accurate, delightful chronicle of the world's most beautiful Christmas Tree. It's the heart and soul of New York, and thus, the world! David Murbach

A wonderful book of memories.,

This review is from: The Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center (Hardcover)
This is a fine coffee table book about a subject that would appeal to anyone who has enjoyed the wonderful Christmas Tree and Holiday decoratations in Rockefeller Center, NY. The photos are excellent - especially the older ones. Nice stories about the people behind the scenes, and how the trees get selected.

This book is filled with vibrant colors and much history about the Rockefeller Center. I highly recommend it as a gift for someone whom you shared a special visit to Rockefeller Center. The best Rockefeller Center book I've seen!

These are great photos. But the book has a limited time frame for display. It really does not give an average individual an idea on how to appreciate a decorative effort in a practical sense as it would over-shadow any home effort. It could be exciting or it could be intimidating. There are so many other books that can be on coffee tables all year long.Garden Watering A Zen Experience. Also, at less expense and some like mine an inexpensive gift for any occasion (even a stocking stuffer). Matt
