I cannot listen to this song without getting up and dancing a jig. I play it year around. So much fun.

Many recent Christmas/Holiday songs leave a lot to be desired. Indistinguishable voices and/or bad musicianship lead to truly boring songs. However, Christmas Wrapping is a unique song with the undeniable sound of the Waitresses. It is catchy and is certainly not a copycat song. A prominent disc jockey in NY would play this song on December 1st because when that day arrived, he thought of the line from this song 'now the calendar's just one page and, of course I am excited................'.

The song is over 30 years old and never gets old. That is one definition of a classic.

Christmas wouldn't be the same without "Christmas Wrapping" Hard to believe this Song was just suppose to be part of some Lame collaboration album the Record label was going to put out Featuring it's Signed Artists WAY Back in 1981
But Cram flows to the Top & So we Have a Christmas Standard Now that will be around for Many Years to come

It's not Christmastime until our family has heard "Christmas Wrapping" at least once, preferably a dozen or so.
It just works, on so many levels.
Many people know and love it for the catchy tune, but the story can still require a tissue or two, if you're not careful.
"you mean, you forgot cranberries, too?" ...sign.

I've loved this song since the 80s when it first came out. I heard it in clubs and saw the Waitresses live in a small club as well. How can you beat this song? It has a great, cute story and is just a fun tune. A different kind of Christmas song that can be enjoyed all year.

Fun to listen to around the holidays. It has a good beat and it's easy to dance to. (Readers not familiar with American Bandstand, 1952 - 1989, won't recognize the previous sentence).

Not much more to say. it is a joyous shout out to the busy workers who struggle to maintain a social life and work. There's a happy ending, bubbly beat, and a funny story. Love it!

Great song, very upbeat. Breaks the traditional slow Christmas songs up. Received the song immediately, Have not listened to any of their other songs.
