This CD was a life-savor! I had to teach line dancing and since there were no vocals on this CD, I was able to say the line dance cues over the music and everyone could hear me. Also I did not know which dances went to what songs and this CD helped me and gave me the tempo that my students could dance to. This is a great CD, especially for beginners...thanks!

I obviously didn't pay close enough attention because I can't stand instrumentals... especially when they are not even from the same bands that originally played them. This CD stinks. Even the tempo is not right. It's really fast. Sorry viewers, but I wouldn't waste your money.

I could care less for most country music, but Christy chose some great songs for this CD. It is an instrumental, which is great for dances and public functions. It's meant to be danced to and it's a wonderful compilation.

I have been looking for popular line dancing music without the lyrics. This has all my favorite ones. I teach a line dancing class at our church and I enjoy the music without the objectionable lyrics.

Am using this for a class at my church and so far have been very impressed with the results. I like the fact there are no words so we can dance without thinking about whether there might be objections.
The women seem to like the selection and we are ready to start the intermediate now.
I believe that someone from my class has already purchased the CD

This is a perfect CD to learn these dances...without the vocals you can really pay attention to the steps. Great for beginners, etc. I've purchase/watched and reviewed many of Christy Lane's products and find them very well-produced with a really good understanding of what it takes to learn these steps.

The methods that they use to market this CD are borderline deceptive. The Amazon description lists the songs with the original artists names and is not clear that the music is played by someone else.
The CD has only a minor notation that the music is instrumental, she "compiled" "instrumental versions of the original songs" in the middle of the description, then she lists the original artist, a common attribution in a compilation to state who performed the piece, next to the title.

It was definitely a waste of money for me.
