This review is from: Chromatin (Springer Series in Molecular and Cell Biology) (Hardcover)
This book is the Bible of chromatin characterization, particularly for mammalian/vertebrate cell biology. The methods are clearly explained and actually work; there are numerous figures showing what the data can and should look like. Although this book is a bit old, by modern science standards (things move fast these days!), it's still very relevant and the methods are USEFUL. If you can get your hands on a copy of it, you'll probably never let it go!
