I bought these about 5 months ago and have not had one issue. I use them as drying racks for our wine glasses (we have cabinet storage for the wine glasses) rather than tilting them on the counter to dry and only to see one fall onto the granite counter top and shatter.

Whether you buy these or another similar product make sure you measure the width of the base on the stemware to ensure it fits the opening on the rack. I have a set of four very nice glasses that I need to tilt a little to get them into the rack. All my other stemware fits nicely.

We bought 7 of these to get all of our everyday stemware out of our cabinets and into some otherwise under-used space above our fridge. These racks install very easily and work jsut like they're supposed to.

The main thing that impressed me was the consistency. I mean, these are not a very complicated product, but since I was installing them all in row, it was important that they be of uniform length, width, and straightness. The wires are all uniform and so are the welds. They look great and our glasses are lined up like perfect soldiers.

I bought four of these (two different purchases/sources) and two broke at one of the marginal fused weld joints. Several were slightly warped. You try and straighten them or look at them wrong and the weld will fail. They are barely tacked together. One broke while tearing it free of the plastic bag.
You can only get only three large red wine glasses on them.
Do not recommend.

I ordered three of these 16 inch tracks, basing my purchase on the high star rating they had. After I got them, I went to attach them to a wine glass rack I'm building only to discover that the metal plates (where the screw holes are) were not welded flat, so they do not lay flat on the wood. Also, the tracks are not perfectly symmetrical. the plates are not perpendicular to the tracking, causing it to be slightly crooked from the flat edge of the wood. All around, I'm highly disappointed with this purchase.

I have medium to large wine glasses, and I had to order a second holder, as it only holds 4 perfectly. But it looks great, and is sturdy.

you get what you see plus three screws. very simple and sturdy in its design. I recommend this.

I am very please with this stemware rack. I purchased to lenghts(16" and 24"). The price was great and they dont look cheap. They are sturdy and look great. I have them hanging over the bar in my basement. They were very easy to install with the included screws.

Ok, not much to say about it. It works just like I imagined. I will say that after I first installed it, I was worried about my cat playing with the dangling wine glasses. I wrapped a little clear tape around the bars near the "mouth" and I haven't had any broken wine glasses yet...on the other hand, maybe my cat isn't interested in dangling wine glasses :)
