The spaces between the bars could be a little wider for thicker towels to fit.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This company "youremodel" has the most unbelievably bad customer service. I wrote a comment on my review about how I felt the shipping was high at 10$ for an item that was only around 20$ and they wrote me back a very threating email, insulting me and telling me never to buy anything from their store again otherwise they would cancel my order. It angers me that Amazon has continued to support and host companies like this who use the comment boards to harass buyers rather than as a tool to learn how to please their customers.

The towel bar itself is just okay. It's sturdy, however it doesn't hold my big fluffy towels well at all. It works well with thin small towels.

It looks good and works well for what it is, but it came packed only with wood screws, I had to get drywall anchors for it.

I have limited space and was looking for something to use in each bathroom to store some towels. The product itself was good and sturdy...however, my towels didn't fit into the spaces. I had to really wiggle them into the spaces and then they hung out too much making it look messy. This is made for regular sized, thinner towels...nothing fluffy or for the larger bath towels.

The rack is smaller than I thought it would be, which could be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. It's kind of hard to squeeze towels and wash cloths in, but at the same time, it hold them in place pretty well. It only has 2 screws to mount it onto the wall. I went out and picked up some molly's to keep it secure since I was mounting it onto drywall. It still wobbles a bit, but it works.

In theory, it's a nice idea. It will only fit towels of the sort used in flea-bag motels: threadbare! I am using it for my bath mat and wash rags. None of my thick towels will fit. Maybe, after about 100 washings, they will...

We only have one good wall for a regular towel rack but we have 2 adults and 2 children who use that bathroom so I needed a way to keep several towels handy in the bathroom. This towel rack solved the problem. It took my handy-man a solid 5 minutes to screw it into the wood behind the sheetrock. It's stable and holds bath towels, hand towels, and washclothes nicely. =)

The towel bar arrived quickly, it is very strong and attractive, and exactly what the catalogue made it out to be.

The Towel Rack (3 guest size) was received in a timely manner and the quality was just as we'd hoped....

Overall does what it is intended for but the wall attachment is a little wobbly.
