This company has the worst customer service EVER.
Less than an year ago I purchased a similar but round faucet from this company, the faucet started to leak not only from top but also from bottom. I tried to contact the customer service and was told that it was not covered and I can get a plumbor to fix it. So I figure I rather buy a new faucet, which i did, from the same company again (BIG MISTAKE). Little over two months and this faucet went down (No cold water coming), guess what, I was told the warrenty was only for 30 days and the company cannot do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a sad story of bad choice and bad luck. I bought this chrome waterfall vessel sink faucet from Best Choice Products in February 2011, primarily because of its nice styling and exceptional price. It didn't get installed for a few months (arranging to get the plumber and getting the bathroom remodeling project going took time). However, upon installation, I found out that it had a leak where the hot and cold flexible hoses connect to the faucet body (way inside a pocket in the body of the faucet, and not accessible for customers to fix). Therefore, I had to rush to the local hardware store to get another vessel sink faucet in the middle of the project and had to spend quite some more money for a new faucet and the waiting plumber. I tried to get a refund from Best Choice Products and Amazon.com, but since it was past the 3 month refund window, I was totally out of luck. I still have this leaking faucet in its styrofoam box sitting in my garage, reminding me of my folly...

worst product ive bought through amazon. This product is horrible. The bottom of faucet was drilled but not tapped for mounting bolts. The hot water is on the right not left so when you hook up as one would normally do its backwards, not hard fix( swap supply lines) , but shouldnt have to. Then the big problem, IT LEAKS!!! the valving inside is causing it to leak out water from spout every 20 seconds...pretty good stream too. JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!! Amazon you should check into this product and company and not sell through Amazon. DONT BUY
