About the Author

Bob is a native of the Pacific Northwest. He has spent the majority of his career in the training and development field and holds a Master of Arts in Education degree from the Seattle University. He is also an active volunteer with the Washington State chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation which focuses on granting wishes to kids ages 2-18 with life threatening diseases. Bob met his wife Jennifer (Annie) in kindergarten and they have been married for 33 years. They have three grown children; Kevin, Mark and Kristen as well as one grandson, Brayden. Bob and Jennifer reside in Lake Stevens, Washington.
