If you are looking for a Chromium supplement, this is the one to go with. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and have had no issues whatsoever. The role of this supplement in my regiment is to manage blood sugar levels, maintain proper glucose(energy) production and control cholesterol while helping to build lean muscle. I take it with each meal specifically for the cholesterol benefits and aid in muscle growth as part of a weight gain regiment.

this product has performed as advertised in my experience, is very reasonably priced, and the capsules are easy to take, which is good when you're using frequently.

THINGS TO LOOK FOR IN A CHROMIUM SUPPLEMENT
There are two types of chromium supplements, Chromium Polynicotinate (this product) and Chromium Picolinate. The names sound alike but there is a BIG difference between the two. Chromium Picolinate has been known to cause genetic damage, and can "break away" from its bonding to chromium, which has other unpleasant effects. BE SURE to look for Polynicotinate when you are choosing.
