a useful guide to CFS,

this is a very informative book written in a non-technical way. journalists (i am a freelance writer) will find lots of interesting background material here - the symptoms of CFS, various natural treatment options as well as worldwide resources for further research. one very helpful feature in this book is the personal experience of CFS patients, and this i found enlightening.i highly recommend this book.
