A Tale of Epic Fantasy!,

My name is Basil "Jim" Varian, and I co-authored this book. Having invested a good portion of my creative juices in working with my dear friend Gary in writing this tale, I feel I'm perfect for spouting its praises and criticizing its pitfalls.
The story is our first attempt at a published work and is a little rough with some long and dry scenes (due to poor copy editing). However, there is more than enough action to pull the story along. The plot is rich and the characters are well thought out with much history (the story is based on a D&D fantasy campaign Gary and I had run in the late '70s). Buy this book, it's well worth the look. |
