The book covers all the basic systems with many options for performance upgrades at minimal cost. This is easier than thumbing through all your old magazines or investing in several other books.

This is a great book for performance upgrades for Chrysler vehicles. Frank Adkins is a Chrysler trained mechanic and knows his material. I have found this book to be a great help in many areas of upgrades, from fuel systems to brake upgrades. This book is a must when working on Mopars.

This book was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law who loves older cars. He was very excited to get it!

This has probably been the most helpful book I have in restoring my 71 Dart

LOTS of History, Interchange data, and tips that could only come from someone who's "been there, done that!" Many parts and "special solutions" source information. Full of pictures, including identification and step-by-step procedures. Model comparisons; safety, performance, & reliability upgrades; engine swaps; suspensions; transmissions; even electrical - and all VERY readable. Stresses the importance of keeping an eye on "the Big Picture" - i.e. if you swap in a bigger engine, you'd BETTER upgrade the brakes, etc. too. Written for those of us with, in the author's words, "a terminal case of the screw-with-its!"

Perferc for everybody that wants to start on MOPAR cars and doing by yourself. Great for pieces research and working on.

I really enjoyed this book. Frank Adkins covers a ton of performance upgrades for you muscle Mopar. He stresses the benefits of upgrading the entire car, not just the engine. Engine swaps, brakes, suspention, axle, cooling, and electrical are all covered. He provides a nice road map to performance for your Mopar when you are gathering thoughts for that trip.
