4.0 out of 5 stars Easy but fun! September 4, 2010
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
I honestly really like this game! I admit I thought it might be a little cheesy and the controls wouldn't be the greatest, but it is so much fun! The game controls are very easy and work perfectly, no delay or lag. You start the game with three tokens and basically go through a tutorial (but it doesn't seem like a tutorial.) You play three games: Basketball, Smash a Munch and Alley Roller. All three are classic games and addicting! Then you move on to making pizzas to earn tokens to play more games since each game takes one token. Now you can move to the Lucky Wheel which you spin to unlock more games. As you play games, you earn tickets which you can redeem for prizes that you can accumulate to display on shelves. You can even play with the prizes you redeem!

There are so many games and the games get a little harder as you play them. It is a perfect game for younger kids though as it is quite easy in some spots. I like though how the game really makes me feel like I am at Chuck E. Cheese, minus the crowds! Chuck E Cheese's Party Games is perfect too to keep kids happy in between Chuck E. Cheese visits, but it does make you want to go there! I have played games similar to this before and the game play was slow and not realistic, these mini-games really feel like I am whacking a munch, playing skeeball, and shooting hoops. I highly recommend this game for something different and challenging. You do have to make pizzas to earn tokens and the message in the beginning of the game is a dad telling his daughter she needs to work to earn money to visit Chuck E. Cheese which I think is a great message!

2.0 out of 5 stars Very Disappointing Game October 19, 2010
Fun: 3.0 out of 5 stars
I ended up getting this game as a result of trying to find a suitable game for my 3 yo son to use. My wife found that he is particularly fond of Mario Karts and we were hoping to add a game to the list of fun games for him to play.

This turns out to not be one of them.

Gameplay: In essence, it is an assortment of mini games that you can play. There is skiball, whack a mole, basketball, and a bunch of other games, all utilizing the wii remote. The first issue is that you have to be able to pay for the games. In order to do this, you make pizza's at the pizza parlor. You get one token per pizza, so unfortunately, if you want to play the games, you are going to have to grind pizza making for several hours. This game is too complex for a 3 yo, as it involves identifying the right ingredient to throw on the pizza. Regrettably, the image you need to reference is poorly done, making the game more annoying than it has to be.

The second annoyance which feeds off the first is that in order to unlock more than the initial 4-5 games, you need to play a wheel game that is completely random. Thus, you have to waste hundreds of those hard earned credits in order to unlock all of the games. If unlocking games had anything to do with performing well in other games, that is one thing, but this is just a random plot device to increase the length of the game.

The Games: The Games, more or less, are awful. They are unresponsive, and don't really work. Skeeball felt like anything but... Most of the games are timed. Which means that you have to beat a clock. Rather than having games you play until you lose, almost everything is timed, thus making those tokens all the more essential.

I ordered this for a birthday party for my 8 year old and he absolutely loves it. There are even some games he can play along with his 4 year old brother. This game was definitely a life saver, my order arrived on time and was like new. I would definitely recommend this seller!

The games are fun and very user friendly. The last one I purchased was for a back-up. Does not work with just a small amount of scratches.
