Dr. Welch has done a great job of providing a sound overview on the principles of church administration. After having read the book, I would strongly recommend it as a textbook for pastors and church administrators attending or having completed seminary. Be advised, this isn't light reading, but is a must read for church leaders who seek to purposefully and excellently fulfil their biblical purpose.

I purchased this book for a college class, and I have enjoyed reading it greatly. It is loaded with practical and theorectical information, and yet is easy to read and comprehend. I recommend this book for anyone looking for information on church adminstration.

This should be a required reading for every church member. It is one of the most interesting book that I have read . The course should be a required or you don't get out of college course for all people going to Divinity school.

This is an execllent book for those responsible for the administration of the church facilities and general business and day to day activities. I would highly reccomend it and have shared it with others in my church.

This is a very excellent book. The service was excellent. I would recommend this book for any minister, particularly those just entering the ministry.
