Best book on Missions,

I have been in ministry for close to twenty years, many of those years serving as a mission's pastor, and this is hands down the best book on missions that I have ever come across. It puts the local church front and center in the mission dynamic of God's kingdom. The author's style is easy to read but the truths are extremely deep and transforming. Joel Holm has hit on principles and patterns that have not merely changed our church, but have transformed my ministry and life. It is a must read for every pastor regardless of ecclesiastical position or denominational affliation. It is a Homerun!
