I purchased the 47-piece set[...]and I am very happy with it. [..]. With the free shipping selection and the special offered in Housewares [..]this set is a great deal!

I really like the design and use of colors, and I also appreciate the attractive form of the pieces (creamer, sugar bowl, tea pot, plates, bowls, etc.). This year I am adding a gravy boat and the large serving platter to my collection.
This set is perfect for any Autumn meal, not just Thanksgiving dinner (although that is why I originally bought it).

I was so happy with it when I received it in Spring, I made a turkey dinner on Easter for family and friends to "break it in." Everyone commented on how pretty the table looked especially the dishes. And the best part the dishes clean up beautifully in the dishwasher.

This is a great dish set for Thanksgiving entertaining. The dishes are made of a high quality English earthenware that is microwave and dishwasher safe. The plates have a nice scalloped edging. The full color decoration is traditional old-fashioned looking engraving of a turkey in the outdoors surrounded with Autumn blackberries, acorns, oak leaves, and wild roses. The design is based on original old Churchill company engravings. Eight place settings come with the set, each setting consisting of a 10-inch dinner plate, 7-inch bread and butter plate, 6-inch bowl, teacup, and saucer. Plus 5 serving pieces are included with the set: 2 open 9-1/4-inch diameter vegetable dishes, a 6-cup covered teapot, a creamer, and a covered sugar bowl. Very nice, and the company sells matching itmes at Amazon to complement the set.

I bought 2 set to use this thanksgivng and am thinking of buying another, since my guest list has grown to 30 people!

This was not the fantastic deal I thought I was getting. This is NOT Churchill china from England. It was made in another country. It looks similar, but does not have the original stamp on the bottom of the china.
The delivery was prompt, with a few chipped plates and a broken finical on the teapot.

I like the dishes. They are attractive and seem to be substantial. The colors are very pretty. The dishes are a little on the small side but nothing that would prevent me from ordering them again. I really like them and would recommend them to others.

I just loved this purchased it back in November 2006-I have been eyeing it for a couple of years and finally got the service for 8-47 piece. The pastels are so pretty!

We used the dinnerware the month of November to celebrate Thanksgiving. We got so many compliments on our service. We have enjoyed it tremendously.

I just ordered 16 of the Thanksgiving Dinner Plates to be used in a buffet style dinner. As family members lined up to pick up their plate they all had such complimentary comments about the plates. They said the colors in them were beautiful, the quality is superb and the turkey looks like an actual Thanksgiving turkey. What a nice touch to have these beautiful plates to eat on at Thanksgiving. I just love them and will be putting them out every year. My order arrived right on schedule too so that I could use them this year. Thank you so much.

I have been looking for years for a Thanksgiving dinner set that didn't cost hundreds of dollars! This set is beautiful! It has a nice weight, dinner plates are on the small side...but heck...thats what seconds are for right?! The teapot is darling! Serving pieces are great! All you need is the gravy and the platter and you have dinner! Also, you cannot beat this price...ANYWHERE! Check E-Bay, Replacements, etc. You will not find this set at this price anywhere else...believe me, I have checked..and free shipping! Buy it..you won't be sorry!
