If it wasn't for the warm weather, Churchill junior Chris Wiechert would have struggled to break a sweat on Friday.
Wiechert cruised to his third consecutive District 4 singles championship, beating Marshfield's Jon Massie, 6-0, 6-0, at the Eugene Swim and Tennis Club.
"It's a pretty big deal," Wiechert said. "That was my goal coming in. Just hopefully I can do the same thing next year."
