The handled churn lamp features the thrushes pattern and is 14 inches high. Rowe Pottery has adapted Early American storage containers to become illuminating additions to kitchens, dining and living rooms, bedrooms and even bathrooms. To complete the look of the lamp, a matching colbat-trimmed lamp shade is available. Because all salt glazed pottery is handmade and hand painted, you will find originality and uniqueness in each piece. The size, shape, and pattern of each piece will vary. Also, color variations, which occur during the firing process, create the high and low color tones that give your piece its unique character. Natural color tones of the pottery pieces vary ranging from stone gray to tan, with cobalt blue accents.

Rowe Pottery's hand made lamps have a rich and beautiful appearence.
The hand applied, cobalt blue motifs are enriched by the salt-glazed firing & are timeless.
Our family loves old stone ware, but the originals from the 1800's
that have extensive designs cost more then we're willing to pay.

When we learned that Rowe Pottery uses designs that were originally from the 1800's,
we were hooked, and have bought many of their wares over the years.
We have the 1 1/2 gallon Williamsburg pattern Rowe lamp in our family room.
It's stamped 'Handmade Rowe Pottery Works, Cambridge, Wis. 1988', we've never grown tired of it.
These are handsome, heirloom quality pottery items
that we feel bring warmth and beauty to our home.
