I recommend this book for those individual that are looking to improve their sense of being here on earth. It gives you the writer's version of how to heal emotional wounds, like: depression, sadness, and other negative ways of thinking that block the human mind in pursuing a more peaceful life within oneself. It opens your understanding to a higher level of consciousness and gives guidance in how to gather trust in oneself to be able to accomplish one's dreams. From my perspective the author of this book was so in tune with God and the Universe that he shared with us what he was able to accomplish thru his journey on earth.
It is a very interesting book.

Recomiendo este libro para personas que estan buscando un sentido en su estilo de vivir. Te da una version de como superar problemas emocionales como la depresion, la tristeza, la negatividad, y otras formas de pensar que bloquean al individuo a encontrar una forma de vivir mas placentera. Es decir de vivir con tranquilidad y armonia con uno mismo. Tambien te guia en como cambiar tu forma de pensar para obtener tus metas y suenos durante tu estancia en la Tierra.
