From Library Journal
Birosik (Salsa, LJ 6/15/93) is a food writer living in Arizona so it seems fitting that she now turns to an ingredient that features prominently in Southwestern cooking, among other cuisines. She offers a wide variety of recipes, from salsas to soups to entrees; there are even a few for drinks and desserts. Cilantro is said to be an acquired taste, but most of those who acquire it seem to become addicted-and they are sure to find intriguing new recipes for their favorite herb in Birosik's latest.
