Cilantro is like a pinch of salt in this book. The title of the book is misleading. It is just a collection of mediocre recipes that contain a molecule of cilantro. What a disappointment.

This small book is filled with pictures so beautiful that it makes it worth buying this book just for that, but in addition to that are a great selection of yummy recipes.
