Had a minor concern with the item, it really wasn't a big deal. Out of the blue, a direct phone call from customer service with a personal apology and a more than fair solution. If every business could be like these folks! Even more bizarre, I don't wear jeans very often but was actually wearing the jeans when they called. Some of the most comfortable jeans I have ever owned.

Will purchase another pair from them!

These jeans fit me just the way I like them to. I have big feet and the slightest taper makes me look like a duck. These are comfortable, but not too baggy through the hip and thigh. The straight leg stacks well over boots. The denim is a little light weight for my taste, but for a casual jeans, it isn't a problem. I still prefer original cowboy cut Wranglers for riding and farm work.
