I bought this brace because I needed both upper back and lower back support. This was supposed to help with both. It doesn't. It's simply a lower-back brace with straps. You can buy the same thing at your local drug store for less than half the price of this. I already have a lower-back brace so this is useless to me. I'm not sure they will take it back even though it has not been used because their return policy says no returns of soft orthopedic devices unless it has not been worn.
