This product was working perfectly, up until 2 days ago. The dog tripped over the wire, pulling it from the game unit, and from the pulling action, the plug part of the controller came broke apart and the wires are now exposed and I can't fix it. Boke too easily, we've all tripped over game wires before, and none have ever broken
