Chaotic and disordered waste of time,

Anyone looking for a good read would no doubt find this book a disappointment. It's more of a jumble of assorted self indulgent ramblings with no "meat", and no point but to purge the author's mind of her claustrophic and downright uncomfortable thoughts. If you are reading this as a person suffering from an ED and hoping for some clarity or important insights, this is not the book for you.
