More About the Author

I'm a 22-year-old graduate of the University of Wisconsin and am about to take on a new adventure in Chicago, where I'll earn my master's in Journalism from Northwestern. I'm a Jersey girl at heart and spent a lot of my time down the shore like Lexie in 'Shipwrecked Summer.'

I wrote my very first book in the second grade and fell in love with the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars a few years later, sparking my love affair with football and inspiring 'Cinderella in Cleats.'

I spend my days studying (but only when I'm in school), working as a fantasy sports analyst, exploring Madison, Chicago, and Arizona, writing, and cheering on my favorite sports teams!

This book is above and beyond my expectations. The preview of the book was good, but the actual story was BETTER! I couln't set this book down when I started, and I couldn't believe it either! I don't even know how to play football, but I still loved reading about her playing it! I recommend this book to all of you romance/sports readers out there! This book is fantastic, and will not let you down. Plus, it has a surprising twist at the end (and for my opinion about the ending, it surprised the heck out of me, and it made me sad/mad, but probably not why you think so).

This book was cute! I enjoyed the quickness of it and it was pretty light-hearted except for the sad event that happens to Whitney in the beginning and her struggle with it. Overall, definitely worth an afternoon or two of reading--especially for the price!

I absolutely devoured this book. It had everything I didn't expect it to. The classical "cinderella story" mixed in with a modern day story with a twist describes this book perfectly. I couldn't put it down. I read it in only one day and I was in shock when I finished it. The book was just WOW!!!!
