Take your time out and really LISTEN to this cd. Jr writer is the best rapper out right now. I listen to all his albums, and he stepped it up on this one. He always had lyrics, but damn can this dude rap!!!! Cassidy, Fabolous, Eminem, and chamillionaire, drop punchlines and metaphores but this dude drops them like almost everyline on this joint. Anyone who thinks lil wayne is the best rapper i challenge you to do this. Get in a good vibe and let this play through. You will feel foolish for ever thinking of such nonsense to even compare wayne to writer. I was gonna give up on rap till i heard this. I think im gonna hang in there somemore. Just remember it aint tabacco when i reach 4 the cig!!!!!!

This is the 4th album/mixtape that I've checked out that JR Writer has done and I must say it is his best work to date, and a very good album. I will say that behind Hell Rell him and 40 Cal. are the next best in the Dip Set, as I can't stand Cam'ron, & Juelz & Jim Jones are hit or miss. I'd give his "Writers Block 3" 3.5 stars, "History in the Making" is border 3.5/4, "Politics & Bull****" was a solid 4 star album, but this one is a notch above that, and he really tears it up on the m-i-c on quite oa few of the songs. With 15 songs, you get 1 classic, 3 near classics, 3 ok songs, and the other 8 are good or real good songs. Guests are minimal, rapping on 3 songs and doing 1 hook. Production is good as well. Trakdealaz do 4 songs, Spectacular, A Raab, and Zombeez each do 2, and Dramasetters, Knowledge, Avenue, Goodwill, Kajmir Royale all do 1 song. A very nice album to have in your collection from a pretty good rapper.

Word to mother...this album is dope! It's easy to understand my "rating" system. Yo got the track number and the rating (divided by 5). Enjoy :)

I MUST ADMIT I'M NOT A BIG FAN OF DIPSET OR ANY OF THEIR WACK RHYME SCHEMES THAT RHYMES THE SAME WORD AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT IN DIFFERENT CONTEXT TRYING TO SOUND CLEVER BUT ACTUALLY SOUNDING STUPID. WELL JR DOESN'T PULL THAT ON THIS ALBUM...HE HAS PRETTY GOOD WORDPLAY...ALOT OF SURPRISE METAPHORS, AND SOME DECENT PRODUCTION....THERE WERE MORE THAN A COUPLE OF TRACKS THAT I IMMEDIATELY TURNED UP WHEN I HEARD THE INTRO TO THE BEAT....A COUPLE OF THE HOOKS WERE TERRIBLE SO I GAVE ONLY FOUR STARS, BUT THE REST OF THE ALBUM WAS PRETTY SOLID. A+E SHOW WAS ONE OF THE BETTER TRACKS, ONCE AGAIN I WASN'T FEELIN THE HOOK SOO MUCH BUT THE BEAT AND THE LYRICS WERE PRETTY TIGHT. CHECK OUT THAT CUT

The album has on-point lyricism and knocking beats on every song. The Concepts are all of similiar content, but if you are J.R. Writer fan u already knew that's what your going to get. This album does not have a weak track on it and for that reason it deserves the 5 stars. It is rare that any artist in music gives you a full album of tight tracks. Clinton don't give artists bad reviews just because of your personal expectations and the quality of the music in general. Reviewers should always remain unbiased in their views of an album.

Okay. You're probably wondering what in the world the title of my review has to do with ANYTHING, especially Cinecrack. Well, as it turns out, I allowed the first four tracks, which are the least "inspiring", to sour my opinion of JR Writer's mixtape. However, after walking around campus all day, I've been listening to it time, and time, AGAIN. Well, I have to eat my words, his lyricism is STILL on point. Tracks 6 thru 15, are indeed, like crack, addictive. I'll just mention a few stand out lines to me, "Put a light in yo' coffin, just so you can shadow box," "Nike's with the gum soles, call 'em Winter Fresh," "If Drama put you on turntables, he couldn't bring you back, a tragedy, when I flip and put the midget mack to his chest cavity and fill it like a dental cap." And, "Hip hop was dead til I went and dug it out the graveyard." Anyways, it's still here, but I let those first few tracks, dissuade me from really taking everything into consideration. Well, I knew it would be a disservice to leave my previous review up. So, how does my rating stand now? Four stars. It isn't perfect, and I DON'T like "Intro", "Never In A Million", and "Do My Do". Other than that, solid. Pick it up, and again, remember, HASTE MAKES WASTE!!!

This cd is str8 dope!!! If your a dipset fan cop it if your not get it anyway it's dope. JR's lyrics are crazy. the production is pretty nice.

The whole album is solid, who ever said they were disappointed at this and the History in The Making album are weeded , they may need to listen to this album again , cinecrack is fire
