This review is from: Cinema Contra Cinema (Paperback)
'Cinema Contra Cinema' explores some of the personalities that make up the 'underground' film scene on both sides of the Atlantic. These interviews, observations and critiques demonstrate why Jack Sargeant is a respected observer of 'fringe' culture. Combining philosophy, a thorough knowledge of the subjects he is writing about, and a fan's passion makes this book a thought provoking and still entertaining read.
