Editorial Reviews

Review

"Encyclopaedic in scope and brilliance, making excellent use of the scholarly literature whilst interweaving analysis of films and other mass media. The book will be a superb addition to the literatures on Bosnia and Yugoslavia. It will also serve as a standard reference on Balkan film."-- Robert Hayden, University of Pittsburgh

More About the Author

I am a native of Bulgaria and now live in one of the most beautiful parts of golf country Scotland, in the East Neuk of the Kingdom of Fife. I teach Film Studies at the University of St. Andrews, and previously lived in England, the USA and Canada. I have also traveled extensively to many other places, and am interested in international non-Hollywood film. Most of my books currently listed on Amazon are related to Eastern European and Balkan cinema, yet my forthcoming work is mostly on international distribution and film festivals.
