This game is very enjoyable. There are 10 levels, increasing in difficulty in which you are managing a Theater. You have to decide what movies to play, how to upgrade your theater, and how to advertise, without going over budget or in debt. Each level has it's own goals that you have to meet before being able to advance to the next level, i.e. "Have 4 snack bars." You ultimately set the pace of the game. This game also doesn't need to be paused constantly if you have to step away from the computer to check on something (like dinner) like a sims game.
Overall, the game is not very difficult, and would be fine for kids, or if you just want something to do.

You know, overall, it was a fun game. If you like tycoon/mania games that involve management, then you'll definitely like this game. It's not a super hard game to grasp or to play. You may get stuck on some levels, where you'll want to start over. The unfortunate side of the game is there is no restart button. You have to go completely bankrupt before you can restart a level. A way to do that is to take out the biggest loan from the bank, pay it back (so you go below 0 dollars), and then borrow as much money as you can from the loan shark, and pay it back. Do this borrow/pay back act from the loan shark until the money you borrow from the loan shark doesn't get you out of dept. Then start the next day (it won't let you). You'll get a screen saying you've gone bankrupt.

Bottom line, I don't understand why they wouldn't just put a level restart button. I also wish the game had been longer than 10 levels, I beat it in 2 days. However, while it lasted, and after I learned how to restart a level, it was fun.

This game was fairly challenging. I actually had to lose the game once to be able to restart. The concept is pretty fun to play with - it could have been a little more high tech but a fun way to pass the time.

The game is a fun game. That isn't why I reviewed it 3 stars. I reviewed it three stars because it drags on too slow while you are cashing in on the days revenue. The game is pretty simple. I'm not sure how anyone could cause the movie theater to fail. I wish it had some more challenge to it and offered faster game play.

I really enjoy this game, watching my progress as a Cinema Tycoon Mogul. But when you reach a certain level, it becomes very difficult to get to the next one. The makers of the game only give you the same amount of money to start with at each level. This makes it so hard to try to get the required amount of money to reach your next potential.

Not the best. Kind of boring. You don't actually get to do much interaction other than choosing the movies, food, and hiring employees!

Unless you like just sitting there staring at your computer and not really doing much then maybe this is for you. It had me falling asleep.
