Get this Cingular refill card with a cingular prepaid phone or activate Cingular service on an old Cingular phone. All you need is a starter kit or just the Cingular sim card and a phone. You can use your old Cingular sim card if you would like. Call Cingular for old phone activations. The service is very reliable now that Cingular has spent money on over 47,000 cell sites in America. I live in an area that T-Mobile and Sprint can not or barely get reception. Verizion gives me one bar sometimes or not even any reception. Cingular gives me a guranteed 1 bar or more. I can make or receive calls. Cingular has improved now but, the customer service is still horrible. I only had tp call the customer service twice about an issue with the newest Cingular sim card that it was incompatible with the Nokia 3220 refurbished. They sent me a sim card after I received an email to contact the sales dept. if I had an issue like that. I received the email 1 week from the day I ordered the Nokia 3220 Refurbished from Cingular's web site.
