About the Author
J.L. Cash is a singer songwriter who wrote his first song at fifteen and has been involved in music at Bethel Church in Redding Ca. since 1973. He has also traveled and led worship at churches all across Northern Ca. He and his wife Kim have been married for twenty five years and have three children who also love to write and sing. It was a natural progression for him to take the story telling in his ballad style of song to the next level and weave it into a tale about a book of songs and poems. As the story developed the two elements seemed to feed each other and he found that the poetry shaped the very direction of the storyline. Being an author however, came in a distant second to the joy of daydreaming on paper and now he wishes to share these wonderful imaginings with you.

J L Cash draws you into this exciting story. The mystery and intrigue leaps from chapter to chapter as the story unfolds and brings you deeper into the character's world.
I am already starting on my second read. I hope there is going to be a prologue.

I was immediately caught up in the adventure of a lost heritage rediscovered and the fight to preserve it. This story was full of adventure, romance, and intrigue. I found the characters both interesting and unique. The battles kept me turning the pages to read more. The book had a great ending that left me hoping for a sequel because it was a story that I wanted to go on and on. Absolutely captivating!
