Inexpensive but serviceable,
By Maryland Customer (Maryland, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Cintz 30 ft adjustable soccer Speed and Agility ladder with flat rungs and ladder organizer in a bag, (Ladder splits into two ladders of 15 ft each) (Misc.)
A economy-quality agility ladder at an economical price. Keep mind while it works quite well for individual training, it is not extremely heavy duty nor does it have the features of professional (e.g., much more expensive) grade agility ladders:
- 30-ft (9.1m) ladder splits into two 15-ft (4.6m) sections; they attach by Velcro rather than by metal snaps - Compared to a professional grade agility ladder, the rungs are made of a thinner, lighter plastic and the nylon webbing is narrower and thinner - Rungs stay in place by friction fit to the nylon webbing, rather than having some sort of locking mechanism or clip. This means that under heavy use the rungs eventually slide up / down the nylon webbing and have to be readjusted. This is a pain if you are a professional who trains lots of players; it not an issue if the ladder is used by a only couple of people. - The larger stacking handle is made of plastic, which means it won't rip the nylon carry bag when pulled in and out as would a metal handle. The large handle also means the ladder is easy to carry while OUT of the bag. On the other hand, the handle is so large that it is difficult to wrestle the whole assembly back into the provided nylon carry bag when the ladder is stored on the stacking handle. It would have been nice if Cintz had provided a smaller stacking handle or a larger carry bag. - Mine came with a plastic retaining clip to hold the rungs onto the stacking handle; the clip broke almost immediately. No problem ... replace it with a metal shower curtain ring or one of those small, cheap caribiners that are designed to be used as key rings.

not professional grade, but fits my needs,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Cintz 30 ft adjustable soccer Speed and Agility ladder with flat rungs and ladder organizer in a bag, (Ladder splits into two ladders of 15 ft each) (Misc.)
At just a buck a foot, this ladder is very affordable. Not professional grade, but would pros really be looking for a buck a foot ladder? The rungs do move, but not so much that we can't finish a workout without readjusting. My daughter uses it regularly and I've used it with her U12 soccer team with good success. Getting it back into the bag is a pain, but far from impossible, as opposed to every inflatable boat that's ever come with a stowable bag (what is the deal with that?) Anyway, it's a great little training tool and I would recommend it to any soccer coach dad.

Perfect,
This review is from: Cintz 30 ft adjustable soccer Speed and Agility ladder with flat rungs and ladder organizer in a bag, (Ladder splits into two ladders of 15 ft each) (Misc.)
I bought this ladder as it was the cheapest option available. But when it comes to the quality, it has no compromises. The rungs can be adjusted and the ladder can be seperated into two halves. I am also very satisfied with the Cintz Service. The ladder came the same week I ordered, packed good and in excellent condition.
